Founded in Melbourne, CANVAS specializes in creating natural and organic skincare products, boasting over 40 years of expertise in aromatherapy. To support their mission of sustainable beauty, we delivered a comprehensive solution for their Hong Kong Shopify Plus online store. This included Shopify design and development, migrating data from a custom-built website to Shopify Plus, implementing add-on features, and integrating a custom CRM with their local POS system, along with ongoing retainer services. Our collaboration improved CANVAS's e-commerce platform, increased operational efficiency, and established a seamless, customer-focused online-to-offline (O2O) experience in line with their brand values.
