InsCoder is a fast-growing digital agency that delivers premium e-commerce and marketing solutions for brands around the world. Our team has grown from 2 to 20+ in the past few years. We keep expanding our team with talent from different fields, to grab opportunities and tackle new challenges. 

We are looking for a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to join the team.  You will develop reliable software platforms and web applications for merchants using Shopify.

You will work directly with our UI/UX designer, project manager, QA team and other engineers to develop the product. You will also need a passion for e-commerce because a lot of times you will be researching for new solutions in this industry.

Requirement

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related disciplines
• 2+ years’ or proven experience in web back-end development with Ruby, Node.js, Python, .Net and associated frameworks, e.g. Ruby on Rails, Django, Express, etc.
• Familiar with RESTful services and API design, and solid understanding of web stacks.
• Familiar with tools and skills in the development cycle such as git, docker, etc.
• Ability to design and implement data model (database schemas)
• Experience in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
